DIRECTIONS FROM RALEIGH TO BALDWIN AUDITORIUM AND EAST CAMPUS
- Take I-40 West and then get on the Durham Freeway, Rt. 147
North.
- Take the Swift Ave. /East Campus Exit.
- At the top of the exit ramp, turn right onto Swift Ave.
Go over the train tracks.
- At the traffic light, go straight. (The street changes names
as you cross over Main St. and becomes "Broad St.")
- Continue on Broad St. to the next stoplight and turn right
onto Markham Avenue.
- Baldwin Auditorium is about a block up on your right. The
auditorium has a dome top roof.
- Parking is available on the streets and sometimes at the
Methodist Church that you passed on the left.

- Take 15-501 North by-pass to Durham Freeway 147 South.
- Get off at Swift Ave. exit and turn left onto Swift Ave.
- Go over the railroad tracks, and at the traffic light, go
straight. The street becomes "Broad St." as you
cross over Main St.
- Continue to the next stoplight on Broad St. and turn right
onto "Markham Ave."
- Baldwin is about a block up on your right. It has a dome
top roof.
- Parking is available on the streets and sometimes at the
Methodist Church that you passed on the left.
DIRECTIONS FROM CHAPEL HILL TO PAGE AUDITORIUM AND/OR THE
DUKE CHAPEL, & REYNOLDS THEATER

DIRECTIONS FROM WEST OF DURHAM (Greensboro/Winston-Salem)
TO BALDWIN AUDITORIUM AND EAST CAMPUS
- Take I-85 North to the Gregson St. Exit.
- The road merges into Gregson St. continue straight (You
will pass Northgate Mall on your right)
- Continue on Gregson St. for 1-2 miles until you come to
Markham Ave.
- Turn right on to Markham Ave. and continue down Markham
Ave. until you come to Buchanan Blvd. (approx. 2
blocks).
- You will see Duke's East Campus on your left. East Campus
is surrounded by a stone wall.
- Baldwin is farther down Markham on the left. Baldwin has
a domed roof. (Markham runs behind the auditorium)
- Parking is available on the streets and sometimes at the
Methodist Church on the right.
DIRECTIONS FROM WEST OF DURHAM (GREENSBORO/WINSTON-SALEM)
TO PAGE AUDITORIUM, DUKE CHAPEL, AND REYNOLDS THEATER
- Take I-40 until the split for Raleigh & I-85 North
..take
I-85 North to Durham.
- Exit at Duke University 751 and go approx. 3-4 miles.
- At the stop light turn right onto 751
- At the 4th stoplight turn left onto Science Dr. (The Washington
Duke Inn is on the right)
- You'll go straight through one stoplight. There will be
a blue sign for the Bryan Center on your right.
- Turn right into the Bryan Center parking lot and deck. Parking
is available for $2.00 per hour.
- Page Auditorium -Will be straight ahead. To get to
the front door of the theater you will need to go up the stairs
between Page Auditorium and Duke Chapel. Main door will be
to your right as you face the drive in front of Duke Chapel.
**Handicapped entrance is off of the Bryan Center parking
lot (there are signs)**
- Reynolds Theater - As you walk into the Bryan Center
lot (Page is directly in front of you and Duke Chapel is ahead
to your left), the Bryan Center is the building to your right.
Enter the building directly off the parking lot. University
Box Office is immediately to your right next to the Information
Desk. Reynolds Theater is directly behind the University Box
Office. (Go around the Information Desk to the right)
Sheafer Theater -is on the level below Reynolds Theater. Walk
past Reynolds Theater and there is an elevator or you can
take the stairs. At the bottom of the stairs
- Sheafer Theater is directly to your left.
**For events in Sheafer, there is a no late seating policy
due to the design of the theater.**
