What is will call?
Will Call is a old theater term meaning the patron will "call on"
(come by) the box office to pick up their tickets. Another term that could be
used is "pick up window." Most theaters and sports areas have a window
labeled "will call." It is at this window that patrons may pick up their
pre purchased tickets.
Where do I go if my tickets are in Will Call?
If you have purchased your tickets and have been told that the tickets will be
held in Will Call then you may do one of two things. You may go to the University
Box Office up to the day before the performance to pick up your tickets. You may
also pick up your tickets at the theater where the performance is held. Each theater
box office generally opens 1 hour prior to the start time of the performance.
What if I am not sure if my tickets are in Will Call or have been mailed?
If you are not sure whether your tickets are in will call or were mailed,
please call the University Box Office at 684-4444.
