University Center Activities & Events Facilities
Whether it’s a theater, a meeting room, or the outdoor plaza, Conference & Event Services can assist with finding the right location, securing rentals, and working through the planning process from concept to completion.
Classroom Reservations
Managed through the University Registrar’s office, availability of various classroom spaces throughout East and West campus can be found here using the online webviewer. Log on using your NetID and Password to submit a request. Please allow at least (3) business days for processing and to receive a confirmation of your reservation.
Housing Options
If you are hosting an overnight event or program, your guests and participants will need somewhere to stay. Campus housing can be an excellent option in the summers—but is not usually available during the school year. There are plenty of nearby hotels, as well as the Washingtom Duke Inn and the R. David Thomas Center on campus.
Other Campus Facilities
There are many additional event spaces on Duke’s campus. Here you can access general information regarding capacity, location, and contacts.
Duke Marine Lab
The Duke Marine Lab located on Piver’s Island overlooking the waterfront of historic Beaufort, North Carolina can be the perfect location for an off-site retreat.
