Basic audiovisual equipment is available. |

Housekeeping |
Normal cleanup services are included in rental. There is an additional charge for unusual cleanup and building damage. |

Sanitation |
A standard inventory of indoor trash receptacles is provided. Additional sanitation services are available at additional charge. |
|
Parking |
Parking is available in the parking deck behind the Bryan Center next to the West Union building. Visitors can park in the deck for a fee ($2 per hour) and special arrangements can be made for larger groups. |

Catering |
Food and drinks are allowed in the facility. Event Management maintains a list of approved caterers. This venue does not have a prep kitchen. |

Handicapped Accessibility |
The entire facility, including restrooms, are fully accessible to disabled persons. |

Decorations |
Please check with coordinator. |

Interior |
The interior walls of the Alumni Lounge is traditionally decorated with wood paneled walls and several couches. It is centrally located in the West Union Building. |
