Equipment

Stage has a permanently mounted sound shell roof over the stage and reflector sections that line the back wall. No dressing rooms available.
Basic equipment provided at no additional charge include:

• Striplights over stage
• Two main speakers mounted in the wall with Crown 700 amplified.

An extensive inventory of sophisticated sound equipment, including microphones, overhead and slide projectors, mixing boards, playback gear, outboard gear, and monitor systems are available for an additional charge.

Technical
Support

The facility requires a Theater Operations technician to be onsite during the event. Group reserving the facility would pay for the labor fees of the technician.

Decoration

The front entrance is a marble foyer that leads into four (4) entrances into the auditorium. A large white dome ceiling and velvet rose-colored seats characterize the auditorium. Each wall has small wall chandeliers and rose and black chandeliers and rose and black curtains. The floor is black and white check.

Catering

No food or drinks are allowed in the facility.

Housekeeping

Normal cleanup services are included in rental fees. There is an additional charge for unusual cleanup and building damage.

Sanitation

A standard inventory of indoor trash receptacles is provided. Additional sanitation services are available at additional charge.

Parking

Visitor parking is limited on East Campus. Parking arrangements can be made with consultation with the Event Management staff.

Accessibility

The entire facility, including restrooms, is fully accessible to disabled persons.
