Equipment

Theater includes a small stage suitable for a speakers with no backstage or dressing rooms.
Basic equipment is provided at no additional charge, including:

• Podium
• Sound system
• 20x30 foot electrical screen
• Overhead or slide projectors

The following equipment is available in the facility for a rental fee:

• 35mm Projector (Century Platter System)
• 5000 lumen NEC data/video Projector
• Overhead Projection
• Slide Projection

Technical
Support

The facility requires a Theater Operations technician to be onsite during the event. Group reserving the facility would pay for the labor fees of the technician

Decorations

The theater comes with 500 mauve fabric chairs and matching mauve curtain for the small stage. The carpet is mauve and the walls are cement.

Housekeeping

Normal cleanup services are included in rental fees. There is an additional charge for unusual cleanup and building damage.

Sanitation

A standard inventory of indoor trash receptacles is provided. Additional sanitation services are available at additional charge.

Parking

Parking is available in the parking deck behind the Bryan Center within walking distance of the theater. Visitors can park in the deck for a fee ($2 per hour) and special arrangements can be made for larger groups.
