25Live Space Scheduling System - Meeting Rooms/Classrooms and Department Scheduled Facilities

25Live is a web-based scheduling and event publishing product developed by CollegeNET used by various schools and scheduling units across Duke's campus.  The software provides a centralized scheduling system and data repository for events held at Duke, yet allows individual scheduling units to maintain their scheduling policies and practices.  25Live allows users to request various spaces and resources across Duke's campus.  25Live is managed through the University Center Activities & Events office.

Housing Options

If you are hosting an overnight event or program, your guests and participants will need somewhere to stay.  Campus housing can be an excellent option in the summers—but is not usually available during the school year.  There are plenty of nearby hotels, as well as the Washington Duke Inn and the R. David Thomas Center on campus.

Other Campus Facilities

There are many additional event spaces on Duke’s campus.  Here you can access general information regarding capacity, location, and contacts.

Duke Marine Lab

The Duke Marine Lab located on Piver’s Island overlooking the waterfront of historic Beaufort, North Carolina can be the perfect location for an off-site retreat.
