Housekeeping
|
Normal cleanup services are included in rental fees. There is an
additional charge for unusual cleanup and building damage.

Sanitation
|
A standard inventory of indoor trash receptacles is provided. Additional
sanitation services are available at additional charge.

Parking
|
Parking is available in the parking deck behind the Bryan Center next to
the West Union building. Visitors can park in the deck for a fee ($2 per
hour) and special arrangements can be made for larger groups.

Catering
|
Food and drinks are allowed in the facility. Event Management maintains
a list of approved caterers. This venue does not have a prep kitchen
available for caterers to use.

Handicapped Accessibility
|
The facility is not currently ADA compliant.
