Support

The facility requires a Theater Operations technician to be onsite during the event. Group reserving the facility would pay for the labor fees of the technician.

Decorations

Wooden walls and blue velvet permanent chairs decorate this facility. The carpet is rust in color.

Catering

Food and drinks are not allowed in the facility. However there is a lobby in front of the theaters where food and beverages could be served.

Housekeeping

Normal cleanup services are included in rental fees. There is an additional charge for unusual cleanup and building damage.

Sanitation

A standard inventory of indoor trash receptacles is provided. Additional sanitation services are available at additional charge.

Parking

Parking is available in the parking deck behind the Bryan Center within walking distance of the theatre. Visitors can park in the deck for a fee ($2 per hour) and special arrangements can be made for larger groups.

The entire facility, including restrooms, is fully accessible to disabled persons.
