• Wooden buffetBasic audiovisual equipment is available upon request at a charge.

Housekeeping

The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis. There is an additional charge for unusual cleanup and building damage.

Telephone Service

Pay phones are available on the floor

Sanitation

A standard inventory of indoor trash receptacles is provided. Additional sanitation services are available at additional charge.

Parking

Parking is available in the parking deck behind the Bryan Center next to the West Union building. Visitors can park in the deck for a fee ($2 per hour) and special arrangements can be made for larger groups.

Catering

Food and drinks are allowed in the facility. A list of approved caterers can be obtained at the Event Management Office.

Handicapped Accessibility

The entire facility, including restrooms, are fully accessible to disabled persons.

Dimension

The interior walls of the meeting rooms are light colored with windows facing the main Chapel Quad. The room is perfect for small meetings or discussion groups. .
